This means that mastery of body language is essential if you want to improve your presentations, negotiations, sales-skills and the impact you have everyday. Your voice is also very important. Every time you use the phone your voice creates an image of you & your company. You can improve this image with our training. We will show you how to create rapport, look and feel confident, to be more authoritative, charismatic and communicate more successfully.

90 Minute Master Class
This session is entertaining, educational and eye-opening! Two highly experienced presenters will guide you through essential communication skills & techniques, with competitions and enjoyable exercises to get everybody involved. The guests will have 45 minutes interactive body language coaching, followed by 45 minutes voice training from a West End singer. All of the skills we teach are proven to have great success in making people look and feel more engaging and confident in all types of business situations.

Each 45 minute section concludes with an entertaining competition, where the guests have to put their new skills into practice to win champagne prizes. The guests can expect to leave the session inspired to communicate more effectively in everyday business. They will learn the key principles for how to achieve this, in a very memorable way. Everyone will receive handouts with reminders of the key skills and information, to ensure that you will gain lasting benefits from the session.

Half Day Session
If you would like to improve the way your staff communicate with clients, customers and each other, this course will deliver the skills you need. This is particularly beneficial for anyone who has to give a presentation, sales-pitch or keynote speech. We will show you how to be more compelling, have more gravitas and personal charisma in business. We will begin with 90 minutes of body language coaching. Don't worry - we're not going to tell you off for folding your arms! These techniques are far more advanced, giving you the key principles to effective communication and delivering information in business. You will learn how to transform your personal impact with the 6 key elements of body language, along with how to avoid the greatest mistakes people consistently make in business communication.

You will apply the principles throughout the session, with enjoyable, interactive exercises that will show you how powerful these skills are in a very memorable way.

The second half of the session will focus on your voice. We will show you how to engage your audience with a voice that people want to listen to, by using the 4 key techniques of a compelling voice. We conclude the session with personal coaching. We will show you how to overcome any unhelpful habits and apply these skills to your workplace. We deal with each person individually, helping you to develop your own style, in a way that makes you feel comfortable and confident.

In a 4 hour session we only have enough time to give personal coaching to a maximum of 4 people. However, if you want to you can have more people in the session to observe, learn the skills and take part in the group exercises. Everyone will learn a huge amount of skills that they can apply everyday to transform the way they interact with clients and staff. They will understand how to be more compelling and charismatic, applying these skills to all sorts of situations.
