| Groups
of 8-20 2 hour activity The advantage of a smaller group is that the team can really
work together designing and making their chocolates, benefiting from the one-to-one
help of the chocolatier and enjoying practical demonstrations of fudge and praline
making. 20-70
2 hour activity This size group allows, as well as everything outlined above,
real hands on cooking, with everyone having a go at making Dutch truffles, fudge
or praline. Guests then get to dip and decorate their creations. 70-100
2 hour activity
Because of the size of the group the workshop itinerary differs
slightly in that there are less cooking demonstrations and hands on cooking. Instead
the group focuses on designing truffles, in groups, and decorating their chocolates.
The teams are encouraged to make their chocolates as original as possible as prizes
will be given for flavour, invention and presentation.
