COME DANCING – DANCE OFF

You have seen the TV show, now let us bring the excitement and glamour of come dancing to your event! Your delegates will be trained by our professional dancers in the art of Salsa, Rumba, Cha Cha and Jive etc. The chosen couples from each team will show off their new found dancing prowess in the final “dance off”… who will be your come dancing champions?

8 Professional Dancers & Choreographer
All of our dancers are selected for their looks, personality and above all their dancing ability. They have all worked in top West End productions as well as on television.

International Show Band “Star”
Star is an international show band of the highest quality. They have performed across the Atlantic on board the world famous QE2, in Portugal, France, Holland, Germany, The United States and The Middle East. Star has played at many of Europe’s most prestigious events and venues. They have entertained members of the Royal Family, including Princes William and Harry – and European Heads of State. Their musical talents, costumes, choreography designs, and production are unparalleled. (Package includes, 9 piece band, 2 crew, sound, starcloth backdrop, full light show and confetti cannons).

Firebird Compere
Critical to ensure smooth running of the event, our compere will be on hand throughout the evening to add their humour and professionalism to the competition.

Example Itinerary (Times are flexible to suit your requirements)

4.00 pm Firebird staff arrive on site for installation of equipment and event preparation.

5.20 pm Our eight professional, highly trained glamorous female dancers will be introduced to your guests by our compere. The group will be split into 4 teams (larger teams can be arranged). Each team will go off to a private room within your venue with two dancers to be trained (as group and in couples) in a particular style of dancing i.e. Salsa, Rumba, Cha Cha or Jive etc for 60 minutes

6.30 pm Training finishes guests have free time

7.30 pm In very glamorous sequined feathered Latin style costumes our 8 dancers will meet and greet your guests as they arrive for pre-dinner drinks

8.00 pm Guests are seated for dinner

9.30 pm During coffee our 8 dancers will be introduced by our compere and dazzle you with their dancing ability to two choreographed dances with the show band “Star”. The first dance will be a high energy latin style dance to Ricky Martin and the second dance will be a slow waltz to a Ratpack style song. (Other songs / styles are available).

9.50 pm After our dancers have finished their amazing performance, the fun really begins in… “The Dance Off”. Introduced by our compere each team will perform with bundles of energy and enthusiasm (fingers crossed!). Each dance will last about 2 -3 minutes. With our show band “Star” playing the songs throughout the performances.

10.10 pm Humoured by our compere the judging panel give their individual verdicts and scores (the judging panel will consist of four of your delegates)

10.50 pm Show band “Star” will keep the party going, performing until the end of the evening
