Commercial Break
Your guests compete to write, direct,
film and star in their very own television adverts, inventing punchlines, USP's,
gimmicks and slogans. Guests are put into production teams and must use their
imagination to write, direct and produce a video, in which they all star. Their
production has to stick to a strict budget, so the team need to plan and use their
resources carefully. The advert can be of your own company or one of the following

On Location
Key grips and best boys scurry to
and fro, lights are rigged and camera angles checked whilst special effects technicians
pre-heat smoke machines. The floor manager raises his voice above the din to welcome
you to your production facilities. Guests are formed into production teams and
after a short briefing are introduced to their camera technician and production
assistant. Teams must produce a ‘top notch’ five minute video trailer
for any of the following: |

| Going Live
Each team must script and film
a News Broadcast starring everyone in the group… Up to the minute information
is flooding in for a new story; behind the scenes politics threaten to get out
of hand as egos override editors; the sponsors are demanding better coverage in
this edition; the anchorman is losing his grip and the cameras are rolling...this
is the ten o'clock news... going live in-three-two... Guests are formed into production teams and must use their
imagination to write, direct and produce a news report in which they star. The
most popular format is a news broadcast that is exactly five minutes long and
must include one studio interview, the line - "and now going over live to...
one 30 second commercial and a weather summary or travel news up-date. |

Firebird team start to arrive for installation of equipment
Installation of equipment completed and all staff are briefed
again on health and safety issues
Introduction and safety information given (usually over
coffee). Guests are divided in to their teams and introduced to the production
crew
Activity begins with team scripting and planning

Final rehearsals
Times up! Filming starts
All filming is completed
On site editing
Teams can relax, go into conference
or we can supply additional activities | Either
the event can end here and we will present you with the edited completion tape
within four hours, or you can extend into the evening with our nail biting Oscar
ceremony which includes Oscar Production, Themed Props, Hollywood Look a Likes,
Casino Tables, Bands, Discotheques, Entertainers etc.

Guests are greeted by comedy security and paparazzi for
drinks
The magician, look a likes, caricaturist and other mix
n mingle entertainers generate an atmosphere of laughter and amusement before
dinner
Guests enter the Oscar themed stage set area for dinner
Our compere introduces the emotional and hilarious Oscar
ceremony projecting the edited versions onto the BIG screen. Team and individual
Oscar prices are awarded.
As the emotional speeches of acceptance finish the party
gets into full swing with a Discotheque and / or band in full Oscar style
Casino and scalextrics open

Oscar Evening
Guests push their way through the paparazzi along the red
carpet lined with flame torches. Searchlights roam the sky. Guests are escorted
by bodyguards into a champagne reception, and are entertained by a jazz quartet,
caricaturist and celebrity look-a-likes. Guests progress from the reception into
a stunning awards dining room. The anticipation is intense... We would be delighted to coordinate your entire themed evening.
