Overview

Binding the timeless glamour of aviation with seductive interiors and ultimate comfort, Aviator is an independent hotel on the perimeter of Farnborough International Airport, Hampshire and is quite literally on our doorstep! Having worked with Aviator since its opening in 2008, we know the venue extremely well… Whether you’re looking to host a meeting or celebration, enjoy some team building on the lawns, enjoy the un-rivalled views of the air displays at the bi-annual Farnborough International Airshow, or simply treat yourself to a delicious meal / overnight stay, Aviator’s offering is hard to beat!

First Impressions

The Lobby presents Aviator’s most impressive feature, the unusual yet striking central rotunda and staircase, which can be used as the perfect meet and greet, or pre-event holding space. With each floor overlooking the next, few venue entrances will make a bigger impact and can be made to look especially lovely with a touch of lighting. We have also projected client’s logos onto the ceiling which looks particularly impactful.

The Events Wing

With its own private events entrance and dedicated relaxed lounge areas, the events spaces at Aviator are very versatile. Offering three smaller spaces for intimate meetings / private dining for up to 20 guests there is a choice of Cody, Lindbergh and Bleriot. With a capacity of 50 there is also the Earhart and for larger groups the Wright room which can accommodate a capacity of 110. With bi-folding doors that provide direct access to the private terrace and lawn, plus unrivalled views overlooking the runway, hosting an event in the Wright room is guaranteed to leave a lasting impression.

Sky Lounge Love

With a capacity of 80 and our favourite event space at Aviator, we have the Sky Lounge, which is used exclusively for elaborate events and celebrations. The Sky Lounge and 4th floor Atrium combined are Aviator’s largest and most versatile event space, accommodating up to 120 guests and offers so much scope and flexibility to really make it your own. Boasting spectacular views of the airfield, the 4th floor is such a unique event space and is perfect for parties. Our most popular party services at Aviator include; atmospheric uplighting, to enhance the space and add a pop of colour, bands, disco’s, LED dance floors, photo booths, games, entertainers and more….

Christmas Parties

Offering stylish shared party nights on selected dates throughout December, we are very proud to supply the entertainment across all dates. If you haven’t experienced an Aviator Christmas Party Night yet, then make sure you check it out…

Terrace and Lawn

With around 2 acres of undulating outdoor space, the terrace and lawn is the ideal spot for a spot of team building. Overlooking the airfield, the outdoor space can be accessed directly from the private events wing. Popular team activities include; Archery, Axe Throwing, The Crystal Maze and many more…

Food, Wine and Cocktails (Hic!)

From sophisticated a la carte dining in their award-winning Brasserie, to stylish Afternoon Tea and state side dishes served from their American Diner, One Eleven you’ll be spoilt for choice!
