The Owners Club
The Owners Club is the venues newest event space. Opening its doors back in 2017, this stunning modern and contemporary purpose-built event space is set within the grounds, delivering glorious views overlooking the Parade Ring and is ideal for meetings, conferences, dinners and much more.
The Grandstand
The impressive 3-tiered Grandstand totals 2400m2 of space and is ideal for any large conference, exhibition or reception. A unique feature to the Grandstand is the capability to have vehicles on the ground floor - perfect if you are looking for car launches. The outside space opposite the Grandstand also provides the perfect setting for all types of team building.
The Berkshire Stand
Perfect for small to medium sized events, this versatile facility includes over 40 flexible breakout rooms, full blackout in conference areas, projectors and screen equipment and stunning views across the racecourse.
Outdoor Spaces
From corporate team building to family fun days the outdoor space available at the racecourse provides a truly distinctive setting. As a preferred supplier we can certainly help to provide some inspiration as to what works well! In the past we’ve provided everything from an It’s a Knockout, Country Pursuits and The Crystal Maze, to Escape Rooms and Virtual Horse Racing… The possibilities are endless!
Accommodation
Offering lovely rooms, great service and the relaxed ambiance you would expect of a modern boutique hotel, The Lodge - Newbury Racecourse’s 36 room hotel is located close to the heart of the Racecourse estate. Serving delicious snacks and main meals it’s a great place to socialise and unwind after a long day.
