September 2016

30 September 2016

It only feels like yesterday that we were posting the blog for August and we say it at the end of every month but….

Where has the month gone! We are now heading into October, summer has well and truly ended, Christmas is just around the corner, where is 2016 going?

So what has been happening in the world of Firebird Events this month well…With 180 events this month it is safe to say it hasn’t been a quiet one!

We did however manage to hold our Staff party this month at The Elvetham, we very kindly tested the Rage Buggies, Duck Herding, Archery and Cocktail making for you all! The A team sadly didn’t live up to its name and it was in fact Rachael L that happened to be the fastest on the Rage Buggies! Most of us have become the masters of Duck herding and regularly practise our dog command whistles now in the office (to everyone’s delight).

Some of you may have seen on our social media this month that we worked with Robe on the launch video of the new Spiider! Watch here in case you missed it: We will have our very own Spiiders in stock from October!

With the Bake off back in full swing and on our screens, we have seen a huge rise in the Bake off Activity being booked. It is a fantastic team building activity, where one group even got a Gordon Ramsey look-alike in to judge!

We hosted a special Birthday Celebration at Wentwoth Golf Club, where the theme was orange! It looked amazing! Orange uplighters, LED cubes, LED sofas, Bar, Napkins, guests! You name it, it was orange.

In keeping with the orange theme, with it being Halloween next month, we have been creating Halloween themed games over the month! We’ve put a spooky twist on our fun fair stalls to create, Pumpkin in a Bucket, Skeletons Cork Shooting and Skull Shy! Keep an eye on social media for the pictures!

In case you didn’t know… Christmas is just around the corner, don’t forget to book your entertainment, as our weekends especially, are starting to look very busy!
