Stacey Solomon became a household name after appearing on 2009′s X Factor show. She had applied before, but never made it past the first audition stage. In 2009 she vowed to win over the judges and show her true potential, which she certainly did! After her first audition, she left all the judges speechless. Successfully progressing through to boot camp and then to the final 12, Stacey went on to be the only remaining female artist on the show. Mentored by Dannii Minogue, Stacey consistently performed incredibly, a highlight being a duet with Michael Buble in the final week.
Stacey's X Factor journey ended with her finishing third. Since leaving the show, she has been performing at gigs up and down the UK, doing photo shoots, TV appearances and where possible spending quality time with her son Zach. In February 2010 Stacey started a 57 show X Factor Tour performing her favourite songs from the show.
Stacey returned to our screens at the back end of 2010 by appearing on the hit reality TV show 'I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here'. She became an instant hit with the public and was eventually crowned the winner of the series, thus being given the title of Queen of the Jungle.
Stacey became the joint host of ITV1 Saturday night show Sing If You Can in 2011 and sang at the FA Cup Final between Stoke City and Manchester City.
