1.5hrs to 5.5hrs Activity - (suitable for 10 – 200 guests, Indoors)
Be a pop star for the night… A fantastic, fun team building evening with a difference... Teams fight it out displaying their vocal and dancing talents in a full-set Xtra Factor Song Contest. Having pre-determined their songs teams rehearse their lyrics over dinner. (Example songs: YMCA, I Will Survive, Dancing Queen, Hot, Hot, Hot, Grease, I Had The Time Of My Life, I Want You Back, Angels, Its Raining Men, Hey Dude, Working 9 - 5 and hundreds more to choose from).
Then the fun really begins! Introduced by our compere, teams will perform their song in front of the other guests and judging panel. Each team is provided with hilarious outfits and props to ensure an unforgettable experience! The event is rounded off with a full awards ceremony, followed by our DJ.
Example Itinerary (Times are flexible to suit your requirements)
4.00pm - Firebird staff arrive on site for installation of equipment and event preparation.
7.00pm - Guests arrive for pre dinner drinks.
7.30pm - Once guests are seated for dinner (in their teams) our compere gives an introduction and hands out song lyrics packs.
7.45pm - Dinner is served, teams have the duration of dinner to learn / rehearse their songs.
9.45pm - Teams are given their hilarious outfits and props.
9.50pm - In glitzy hats the judging panel take their place with prime view of the stage.
10.00pm - The fight begins! Introduced by our compere each team of 5 - 10 people will perform their 3 minute rehearsed song with bundles of energy and enthusiasm (fingers crossed!) Humoured by our compere the judging panel will give verdicts and scores (the judging panel will be made up of four guests). Scores will be displayed on a projection or plasma screen(s) throughout the competition.
11.00pm - Ceremony with humorous prizes for individuals.
11.10pm - Disco music will be played by our DJ to keep the party in full swing.
1.00am - Event ends.
2.20am - All equipment is removed and taken off site.
