You and your team will log in and be welcomed by a professional chef who will open with a garnishing demonstration, plate presentation and knife skills. Our chef will then present a variety of techniques to add the wow factor into their dishes, hot gels and spheres will redefine what you thought you knew about cooking. The pioneering techniques are quick to master as long as guests adhere to instruction and stick to the rules. Once guests have had boot camp training from our chef they must replicate the dishes demonstrated and design a signature dish or technique. We can add a competitive element as guests recreate an inspired gastronomic meal incorporating classical and modern techniques.
