Lee Alexander, has been an Elvis fan for as long as he can remember. Born in 1970, Lee was introduced to Elvis from an early age and was fascinated how one man could produce so much electricity from performing live. Lee started singing at Karaoke venues and was told on numerous occasions how much he sounded like Elvis. Lee`s favourite concert was the 1973 Aloha concert which was performed live via satellite to over a billion people around the world. Lee dreamed one day he could perform this concert. Now, the dream has come true. It’s been a long time coming.
Lee has just returned from the biggest Elvis festival in Europe where he competed in the Festivals ‘Best Elvis’. The competition was of a very high standard with 2 semi finals with well over 30 of the best Elvis tribute artists in the UK and Europe. Well, Lee managed to reach the finals and only just missed out on being placed. Lee also entered in the ‘Return to Graceland’ competition in November, followed by the Best European Elvis at the Hilton Metropole in January. There are 2 more competitions, 'Ultimate Elvis' and also the 'King of Britain' in May. Lee has also invested heavily on Jumpsuits and other costumes that Elvis wore to add to the whole experience.
