What does your role entail?
I mainly help set up and derig at events – I’m new to the role, so I’m currently in the training process of all the equipment.

Where were you working before joining the Firebird Team?
I was a postie for 3 years, it was a really fun job until covid hit and then the parcels went through the roof!!

Where is the favourite place you have travelled to?
Without a doubt Santorini, my wife and I had our honeymoon there. Great place and great food!

How did your career start in events?
I applied for a warehouse role and did that for about a year and loved it, but I had never been out on a job and wanted to experience the other side, so asked if I could go out on an event and here I am!

If you could learn to do anything, what would it be?
Any instrument, a lot of the guys who work at Firebird can play some sort of instrument! I would love to be able to have their talents.

What do you do in your spare time?
I’m a big gamer, so if I have a spare 5 minutes I’ll jump on with friends and regret it immediately, because we’ll end up losing 99/100 times.

What do you love most about working at Firebird?
Everyone is great, really friendly and always willing to go the extra mile for the team and clients.
