The content is driven by a software-based vision mixing system with streaming encoder, giving us virtually limitless options for content formatting. Depending on the ‘add-ons’ selected, once delegates have registered, they can view itineraries, presenter information, select breakout rooms, arrange exhibition meetings and attend main plenaries, all from the comfort of their home and within any time-zone.
Delegates viewing in real-time can vote and ask questions during plenary and breakout sessions, which can be vetted and viewed live by presenters.
We also offer a range of simple solutions utilising Zoom, Teams or any other preferred platform, but with us managing all presentations and content, and providing professional broadcast layers into the meeting.
