Father and son, Demetrios and Michalakis (Lagi), became overnight sensations after performing their tongue-in-cheek “two fat versions of Michael Flatley with a Greek element” act on Britain’s Got Talent in 2009.
Continuing to win the hearts and minds of every audience they encounter, they are now a lot older and fitter, delighting guests with their hilarious quips and even faster jigs. They will amaze and amuse, and break the ice at any event – audience participation is guaranteed.
Stavros Flatley was first created by Demetrios to entertain his guests in his Greek restaurant. When he saw an advert for Britain’s Got Talent he thought it would be fun to enter. Michalakis thought he’d show his support, saying “If you enter Dad, I’ll do it with you.” The Stavros Flatley show was born, and the rest is history….
Together they have travelled the world with their act, performed at major festivals including Glastonbury, released a book, launched merchandise and appeared on numerous TV shows.
