Our Chariot Challenge is a thrilling team exercise that demands collaboration and communication to construct, manoeuvre, and dismantle a human-powered ‘Ben Hur’ style chariot!

COLLABORATIVE CONSTRUCTION
Your first challenge is to work together and decipher the intricate puzzle of piecing together the human-powered chariot. Then you will utilise effective communication, problem-solving, and team work to successfully assemble the chariot – but can your team manage it within the designated time?!

MANOEUVRING THE CHARIOT
Now it’s time to test your chariot, by guiding it through a challenging slalom course, navigating blindfolded ‘horses’ and carrying a passenger acting as the guide… Effective communication, trust, and synchronisation are essential to manoeuvre the chariot through the course as many times as possible, showcasing the team’s coordination and adaptability.

SWIFT DISMANTLING
Finally, you will need to exhibit organisational skills and efficient time management, as teams dismantle their chariots, emphasising collaboration and delegation to complete the task promptly.
