Delightfully delicious – get your festive bake on in this sweet treat of a day! With your own cook station, mini oven and recipe cards, your team will need to go head-to-head to beat the competition. Our expert chefs are on hand to give advice, tips and techniques on the three challenges you must face as a team.

Signature Bake “Mince Pies” – Teams attempt to bake the perfect batch of mince pies.

Technical Challenge “Gingerbread” – Teams bake festive gingerbread cookies and must then show us their technical skills by mixing and piping royal icing.

Showstopper  “Victoria Sponges” – Teams show their sugarcraft skills by decorating cakes with icing and handmade Christmas decorations.

As a fun conclusion to the activity, guests display their bakes for judging. After a tasting session the winning team will be awarded with “star baker” medals. Leftovers can then be boxed up and enjoyed at home.
