From Caravaggio to Byron and Marx, Churchill to Will Smith, Tom Cruise to Madonna and Paul Rudd; many famous names have embraced the art. Team dynamics can be improved with just a few of hours of intense swashbuckling!

Fencing teaches you how to cope under pressure, develops anticipation, timing and concentration – qualities that can build confidence and self-awareness. As well as training your body and mind, it’s also incredible fun and a fantastic team building
experience.

Our workshop includes:

• A brief history of fencing with a demonstration – using original weapons
• Fencing Footwork, including stretching exercises and games
• Bladework: thrusts and cuts, parries and deceives
• Rules and etiquette of a fencing bout
• The Tournament: An individual or team event with a Grand Final!
