Share A Bear is a powerful and rewarding team-building experience where collaboration and compassion come together to make a real difference. In this uplifting event, teams work together to craft teddy bears that will be donated to children entering emergency care. Each bear that is lovingly made will be donated to our charity partners, ready to become a trusted companion for a child in crisis. In a time when everything familiar has been stripped away and they have often left everything behind, these bears provide comfort, connection, and a much-needed friend. At the start of the session, we’ll share a short, powerful video that shows where the bears will go and the incredible impact they have. It’s a reminder that what guests are creating is far more than just a teddy bear — they’re offering comfort, hope, and helping to restore a child’s sense of safety, one hug at a time.

The experience begins with a series of fun, teddy bear-themed challenges designed to spark communication, teamwork, and creative problem-solving. As teams complete each challenge (descriptions available upon request), they earn the materials they need to bring their bear to life – with each participant making a bear of their own. But it doesn’t stop there…

Teams will also design and create a unique T-shirt for their bear to wear, adding a personal touch of colour and creativity. To make each bear even more meaningful, guests are invited to write a heartfelt message on a tag, offering words of encouragement, comfort, and love to the child who will receive their bear. As the event concludes, teams will see the tangible impact of their combined efforts: a beautiful collection of handmade bears, each ready to bring joy and reassurance to a child in need. This is a feel-good, high-impact finale that leaves teams not only proud of their teamwork and creativity but deeply connected to a cause that truly matters.

The Buddy Bag Foundation Charity and Our Bears

The Buddy Bag Foundation was founded in response to a heartbreaking reality: thousands of children are forced into emergency care every year after fleeing violent and abusive situations at home. In these moments of fear and upheaval, restoring even a small sense of safety and comfort can be the first step toward healing. That’s where the Buddy Bag comes in. This amazing charity provides Buddy Bags filled with essential items – toiletries, pyjamas, underwear – as well as carefully chosen comfort items like a book and a teddy bear. These simple things offer more than just practicality; they bring reassurance, warmth, and a feeling that someone cares. We are really proud that the bears created during our ‘Share A Bear’ sessions will become a vital part of this mission, as each lovingly made bear will be donated to the Buddy Bag Foundation, ready to become a trusted companion for a child in crisis.
