Our goal is to provide a whisky tasting programme that appeals to all. We don’t tend to use the term tasting session, as it can conjure up a very serious and stuffy image.

Our programme typically runs for 1 – 1.5 hours, remember whisky dates back several centuries so you can imagine we have a lot to cover! This is the ideal timing as it means our programme is fast paced, informative and more importantly fun! People’s attitude to whisky has changed, so has its image…We would love to show you our modern approach of understanding this age old spirit.

Activity Summary: A look back in time, how they make it, how we taste it, dispel any myths, different types, lots of sampling and team games.

There are said to be over 3000 whiskies, so unfortunately we cannot try them all, however we can sample a wide cross section which will start you on your journey. Once we have discussed all the different elements of whiskies (and tried them), we put each team through their paces to find the whisky connoisseurs. Yes of course, points mean prizes… We will be keeping track – the team with the best pallet (and whit) will be crowned the ‘Kings of Whisky’.

What is included: Presenter, professional tasting glasses, water glasses, drinking water, flash cards, whisky props, 6 – 8 whiskies and prizes.
